It is always a good idea to photo copy your entry form for you own records.
Q. I have filled in my form- Now what?
A. Once your entry form is all filled in you can either post it to the Secretary or drop into the drop boxes located at Blackwood Rural Services and Bridgetown Newsagency. All entries must be submitted with the entry fees – due to the mass of entries that need to be processed late entries cannot be accepted.
Q. How do I drop off my exhibits ready for judging?
A. Exhibits must be taken to Centenary Hall at the specified date and time for each section.
Each of your exhibits need to be taken to the section Stewards where they will give you a numbered ticket that needs to be placed on your entry.
*Remember- if you have a question, DON’T HESITATE TO ASK. The Stewards are there to help you.
Q. What do I do now I have dropped my entries off for judging?
A. Now all you have to do is come along to the show to see if you’re a winner!
Centenary Hall will be open at approx 10am for viewing.
Regardless of whether your entry has won, all exhibits must be left in Centenary Hall until 5pm so all our show visitors can admire your hard work.
If your entry has won you will need to collect your ticket from the information desk in Centenary Hall and head down to the Secretaries Office to collect your winnings.
*Please note- all winning monies MUST be collected on show day*
You will also be informed if you have won a trophy. Trophies can be collected from the Trophy Steward after the Official Opening and Grand Parade at approx 2:30pm, located next to the Presidents Room (Red Brick Building).
If for any reason you are unable to collect your trophy on the day- you can arrange with the Trophy Steward an alternative time to collect your trophy in the following week OR you may come to the showgrounds to collect between 8am – 10am Sunday morning after the show.
If you have any other questions regarding exhibiting please contact your Section Stewards.
